ph350 Terms & Conditions

1.1 By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ph350 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on ph350.co. All such documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the agreement between you and ph350.

1.2 These Terms apply to all users of the ph350 platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any persons who access ph350.co in any capacity. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

1.3 ph350 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on the ph350 platform. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is non-negotiable. ph350 strictly enforces this requirement.

2.2 Residency. ph350 is designed and operated primarily for players located in the Republic of the Philippines. Access from certain jurisdictions outside the Philippines may be restricted or prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing ph350 is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using the ph350 platform.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following categories of persons are prohibited from registering or maintaining an account on ph350: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons self-excluded from the ph350 platform or from gaming pursuant to PAGCOR's exclusion registry; (c) employees, directors, officers, or contractors of ph350 or any associated entity, and their immediate family members; (d) persons accessing from a prohibited jurisdiction.

2.5 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the life of your account. ph350 reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information provided, including government-issued identification documents such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, Driver's License, or Philippine Passport.

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ph350 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph350 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all associated bonuses, and, at its sole discretion, confiscate balances.

3.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph350 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to disclose these credentials to any third party and to notify ph350 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. ph350 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

3.3 Non-Transferability. Your ph350 account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow any third party to access or use your account. Any winnings accumulated through a third party's use of your account may be voided.

3.4 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, ph350 requires all players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You must submit a valid government-issued photo ID and, where requested, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification typically completes within 24 to 48 business hours. ph350 may request updated KYC documentation at any time to comply with its PAGCOR obligations.

3.5 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months is considered inactive. ph350 may apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances following notice to the registered contact details. After twenty-four (24) months of inactivity, the remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

4.1 Accepted Methods. ph350 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the ph350.co platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). ph350 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your ph350 account are legally owned by you and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful activity. Deposits made using payment instruments belonging to a third party without that person's authorization are prohibited and will be reversed upon discovery.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) compliance with anti-money laundering checks as required by Philippine law. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and Maya withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts typically process within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals typically settle within one (1) business day.

4.5 Withdrawal to Source. Where reasonably practicable, ph350 will return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This policy forms part of ph350's anti-money laundering obligations under Philippine law.

4.6 Currency. All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the ph350 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph350 bears no responsibility for any foreign exchange costs incurred by players transacting in non-PHP currencies through third-party payment providers.

5.1 Bonus Terms Apply. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional offers made available by ph350 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. You are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable terms before accepting any bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. ph350 reserves the right to limit or revoke bonuses where abuse is suspected.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the player's bonus wallet without compensation.

5.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions. ph350 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed it, the player's position at the time of cancellation will be honoured to the extent reasonably practicable.

5.6 Prohibited Bonus Strategies. Players who, in ph350's reasonable judgment, are exploiting promotions through low-risk wagering strategies that contravene the spirit of the promotion may have their bonus voided and their winnings from bonus play cancelled.

6.1 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) games available on ph350 are independently audited and certified for fairness. Live dealer games are operated from licensed studios with professionally trained dealers and verified dealing procedures. Game outcomes are determined by certified systems that neither ph350 nor any player can manipulate.

6.2 Game Rules. Each game available on the ph350 platform is governed by rules specific to that game. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before playing. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or connectivity failure during a game session, ph350 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player. Winnings generated during a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. ph350's decision in relation to technical malfunctions is final.

6.4 Disconnection Policy. ph350 is not responsible for game session interruptions caused by the player's internet connection, device failure, or power outage. If a game session is interrupted on the player's side, the game server's recorded state at the point of interruption will be treated as the definitive state of the game.

7.1 ph350 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and our own internal policies. Gaming should be an entertaining leisure activity. ph350 does not encourage players to view gaming as a source of income or to play beyond their financial means.

7.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. ph350 provides all registered players with access to the following tools through their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time reminders; loss limits; cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days); and self-exclusion. These tools are designed to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

7.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to permanently close their ph350 account and exclude themselves from the platform may do so by submitting a self-exclusion request through their account settings or by contacting ph350 support via Live Chat. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Once a self-exclusion is confirmed, the player will not be permitted to reopen their account for a minimum of six (6) months. ph350 cooperates with PAGCOR's national gaming exclusion registry.

7.4 Interaction Policy. ph350's customer support team is trained to identify indicators of problem gambling. Where a player displays such indicators, ph350 may proactively reach out to offer responsible gaming resources, apply temporary account restrictions, or, in serious cases, initiate a protective account suspension.

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph350 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Registering more than one account on the ph350 platform;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or account credentials;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime through the ph350 platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the ph350 platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or interact with the ph350 platform without prior written authorisation;
• Colluding with other players, ph350 employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in chip dumping or any form of collusive play;
• Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the ph350 platform or affects the experience of other players;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise obtain the source code of any ph350 software;
• Accessing the ph350 platform from a prohibited jurisdiction where such access is unlawful.

8.2 ph350 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and PAGCOR in investigating any suspected prohibited activity. Player data and transaction records may be disclosed to authorities pursuant to lawful requests.

9.1 All content on the ph350 platform, including but not limited to the ph350 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, audio, video, and any other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to ph350 and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph350 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works of any ph350 content without prior written consent.

9.3 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to ph350 regarding the platform may be used by ph350 freely and without obligation to compensate you.

10.1 The ph350 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph350 excludes all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 ph350 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the ph350 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ph350 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 ph350's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the ph350 platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your ph350 account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph350's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

10.5 ph350 is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of your gaming decisions. Gambling involves financial risk. By participating in real-money games on ph350, you accept responsibility for your own gaming decisions and acknowledge that all bets are made at your own risk.

11.1 ph350 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at ph350.co/privacy-policy.

11.2 By registering on ph350, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering obligations, fraud prevention, and improvement of the ph350 platform.

11.3 ph350 may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement authorities, and other regulatory bodies in fulfilment of its legal obligations. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy law.

12.1 ph350's Right to Suspend. ph350 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) you are suspected of breaching these Terms; (b) ph350 is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction; (c) ph350 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) ph350 requires time to investigate a complaint or query related to your account.

12.2 Termination for Cause. ph350 may permanently close your account and forfeit your balance if a material breach of these Terms is established following investigation. Material breaches include, but are not limited to, the prohibited activities listed in Section 8.

12.3 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your ph350 account at any time by contacting customer support via Live Chat. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of any voided bonuses or amounts under investigation) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to KYC verification and applicable processing times.

12.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the ph350 platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, and 13) shall continue in full force.

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and ph350 relating to your account or any game outcome, you should first contact ph350's customer support team via Live Chat, providing full details of your complaint. ph350 will investigate and respond within a reasonable time, typically within five (5) business days for standard disputes.

13.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through ph350's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures for player complaints against its licensees.

13.4 You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described in Sections 13.2 and 13.3.

14.1 ph350 may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on ph350.co unless a later effective date is specified. Where an amendment materially affects your rights, ph350 will provide reasonable advance notice via your registered email address or a prominent notification on the platform.

14.2 Your continued use of the ph350 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you should close your account before the effective date.

14.3 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph350 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
